Is my journey covered by insurance?
Rest assured, your journey with LIMORE comes with insurance coverage. Your safety is our top priority, and we extend insurance protection for every ride.
Our insurance policy encompasses coverage for any damage to your personal vehicle, offering a maximum limit of AED 200,000. Should an incident occur, it is imperative to inform LIMORE within a 24-hour timeframe.
Can I arrange a booking for a specific time?
Absolutely! However, scheduling a booking implies that the system will endeavor to assign a driver for you approximately 60 minutes before your requested time. Once the system allocates a driver to you, the driver will contact you and provide the estimated time of arrival . Please note, during exceptionally busy periods, if a driver is unavailable within 30 minutes, the booking will be automatically canceled.
How can I update details for a requested booking?
To make changes to a booking, you can proceed by canceling the existing one and then create a new booking with the revised details.
Can the driver accommodate multiple stops?
Absolutely! Our drivers are flexible and can take you to multiple locations, stopping wherever you need. Charges are solely based on the duration of the ride.
